1. Requirement confirmation
Design selection

Choose the appropriate velvet fabric based on your purpose and budget
Silk velvet: It has a fine texture and high gloss, making it suitable for making high-end cloaks.
Cotton velvet: It has good breathability and excellent drape, making it suitable for daily wear.
Synthetic fiber velvet: It features anti-wrinkle and durability, making it suitable for sports or outdoor wear.
Dimensional measurement
Provide precise data such as shoulder width, chest circumference, and garment length, or choose standard sizes (such as EU/US/UK sizes).
2. Production and manufacturing
Sample confirmation
The supplier provides samples. After confirming that the style, fabric and decoration are correct, mass production is carried out.

Sewing technique: Four-thread overlock or three-thread hemming is adopted to ensure the seams are firm and smooth.
Decorative techniques: Embroidery, beading or hot diamonds can be added to enhance the sense of refinement.

3. Delivery cycle
The regular cycle is 7 to 15 days (for samples) to 30 days (for bulk orders), which may vary by supplier.
